Jennifer Wilcox
CEO, Girls Scouts of Citrus Council
Jennifer Wilcox is Chief Executive Officer of Girl Scouts of Citrus Council, leading the organization’s mission to serve more than 16,000 girls across Brevard, Lake, Orange, Osceola, Seminole, and Volusia counties in Central Florida.
Jennifer brings more than two decades of nonprofit leadership experience to the role. Before joining Girl Scouts of Citrus, she served as CEO of Girl Scouts Carolinas Peaks to Piedmont, and earlier held leadership roles with Girl Scouts of the USA and as Chief Development and Marketing Officer for Girl Scouts of Kentuckiana. Her career also spans nonprofit and public-sector work with organizations including Rauch, LifeSpring, and the City of Jeffersonville.
Jennifer holds a bachelor’s degree in political science and French from the University of Evansville and a master’s degree in business administration from Webster University. She is a graduate of Leadership Orlando Class 109.
Under Jennifer’s leadership, Girl Scouts of Citrus Council continues its work building girls of courage, confidence, and character who make the world a better place.
